Terms and conditions:- 1. All bookings will be subject to the deposit and booking form returned within 14 days, and deposit is non refundable in event of cancellation. 2. All D. J's supplied by Hearts Desire will be of 5 star rating to the best of our ability. 3. Hearts Desire D. J’s will be strictly checked out by us in an interview, before being sent out to our customers. 4. Anyone caught abusing D. J's equipment, the hirer will be liable to the cost of damage to said equipment. 5. Bookings will only be fully confirmed within 14 days from the time of enquiry, with the completion of the booking form, terms and conditions form, and £50 deposit, or function booking date may be lost to another party. 6. A receipt will be sent out within 7 days from receiving the completed booking form and deposit. 7. All forms must be signed and dated where stated. 8. Remainder of balance will be settled in full with the D.J on the date of the function, on his/her arrival, in cash, (IF YOU WISH TO PAY BY CHEQUE THIS MUST REACH US SEVEN DAYS BEFORE THE VENUE please read term 13), otherwise cash must be made. 9. Please make sure there is car park space or parking payment maybe added to the balance of your bill. 10. Hearts Desire is only held responsible for the disco, and not for where the venue is taking place. 11. In most cases Hearts Desire will provide a Hearts Desire D.J , but when all Hearts Desire D. J’s are not available, Hearts Desire will provide a D.J of equal standard, as in term 2. 12. In the event of a function being held in the congestion charge zone, a charge of £8 will be added to the final balance, only if a D.J has to enter the congestion zone, at active zone times. 13. In cases of the balance needed to be made by cheque, balance payment must be made at least 7 days before function. Hearts Desire understands in some cases cash can not be met, but customers must understand that cheque payments need to clear by venue date. Once a balance cheque is received we will send in the post or by fax a balance receipt. 14. If customers cancel a booking 28 days or less before the venue, unless in exceptional circumstances, the customer will be charged the full amount of the balance. 15. Please read carefully and understand these terms, as they are legally binding and not negotiable. 16. If we receive back from our bank a returned cheque from yourselves more than once, you will incur our £10 bank charge.17. If you require early set up more than 1 hour before the music start time, you may be charged an early set up fee. Most disco’s will be set up 1 hour before the event which is free, but if set up is needed earlier the charge will be at a rate of £20 each hour. (This is because not all D. J’s live close to your venue so therefore may need to stay with their equipment for the whole time ). |
