| Light Hire Terms and Conditions |

| 1. All light hires are subject to availability please check first before booking 0797 4621 879 if you have not aleady done so. |

| 2. A £200 deposit is required, refundable on lighting return, complete and in the same condition as was hired. Refunds will be given back into your PayPal account once inspection has been carried out on the equipment hired to you. |

| 3. On inspection if there is any damage or loss of any equipment, the cost of the loss or damage will be taken from your deposit and you will be notified in a written report of the costs involved. If the costs are more than your deposit, you will be charged for the extra costs. |

| 4. Refunds will be given back within 7 days from hire, once inspection has been completed. |
| |
| 5. Equipment must be returned by 12pm midday the next following day from hire, if you collected from us, or you will incure another days lighting hire charge. If we delivered your equipment to your venue, we will arrange for the collection at the time of delivery. |

| 5. Equipment lighting will come with all leads needed to operate your light show. All leads must be returned in full. |
| |
| 6. A check list of equipment condition and equipment used will be given on hire. Both the hirer and South London Disco will sign this check list and receive a copy each. Please keep your copy safe as we will check our copy on equipment inspection. If the condition or loss of equipment doesn't match the check list, you will be charged the cost. |

| 7. £200 deposit must be paid before the day of hire by PayPal. |
| |
| 8. Equipment will not be hired without showing a valid driving licence and passport of the person at the hire. Please make sure these are with you, if they are not you will incure traveling costs if we have delivered the equipment to your venue and the days hire cost, which will be taken from your PayPal deposit. |

| 9. These terms and conditions are legally binding. If you incure extra costs above £200 due to damage or loss of our equipment and do not pay said costs within 7 days, you will receive a court summons, incure court costs and incure our lost of hire business costs. It is in your interest to make sure the equipment is returned in good condition. You as the hirer are responible for the equipment hired to you, until it is returned back to us. |

| 10. If your booking a single light package, you must collect from SE1 London after paying the deposit in PayPal. All collections must bring the 2 forms of I.D as stated above and a utility bill, or you will not be allowed to take the equipment. You may hire more than 1 light. |
